NACA is here "Detroit"

The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (“NACA”) has brought the home ownership program to Michigan in 2014. PPT Inspections has been working with its members to assist them in their home buying process. We are proud to be one of a few NACA qualified and approved home inspectors in the area. I’ve done hundreds of NACA Home Inspections, so I know what NACA is looking for in a report. NACA expects a quality and complete reporting on their client property. We look forward to helping NACA members obtain their home ownership goals.

When scheduling a NACA Home Inspection, please have the following information…

  1. The city the property resides
  2. The square footage of the property (determines fees)
  3. Your email address
  4. Your phone number
  5. Your NACA ID number

And last but not least…

The Utilities (electric, gas, water) must be on at the property at the time of the inspection. NACA requires that the utilities have to be on before the inspection can take place. Unless the property is “Winterized” or under a complete rehab, the utilities have to be on. Your realtor can have the utilities turned on during the inspection period.

The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (“NACA”) is a non-profit, community advocacy and homeownership organization. NACA’s primary goal is to build strong, healthy neighborhoods in urban and rural areas nationwide through affordable homeownership. NACA has made the dream of homeownership a reality for thousands of working people by counseling them honestly and effectively, enabling even those with poor credit to purchase a home or modify their predatory loan with far better terms than those provided even in the prime market.
