When scheduling an NACA Home Inspection, please have the following information…
1) The city the property resides
2) The square footage of the property (determines fees)
3) Your email address
4) Your phone number
5) Your NACA ID number
And last but not least…
The Utilities (electric, gas, water) must be on at the property at the time of the inspection. NACA requires that the utilities have to be on before the inspection can take place. Unless the property is “Winterize” or under a complete rehab, the utilities have to be on. Your realtor can have the utilities turn on during the inspection period.
