Termite Inspection (WDO)

Our pest inspection service and report are focused on getting you into this home as "move-in ready" that is safe, sound and sanitary. During a termite inspection, I inspect both interior and exterior of the home for any signs of infestation/damage. This involves actively looking Termites and Carpenter Ants.

Crawl Spaces (Additional Charge)

Typical additional charge for a crawl space foundation of about 1000 sq.ft. and typical clearance of about 3ft. Lesser charges may apply for crawls spaces that are easily navigable, such as above average clearance, lined, concrete floor, small area, etc.

Feasibility Study (w/o Work Write Up)

A Feasibility Study is to determine if the project is financially feasible. The property is inspected to determine HUD Minimum Property Standards, borrowers desirables and other factors. The consultant will have to create a Cost Estimate on the proposed rehab project and to determine local Municipally and Lender's requirements. The fee is only charged if the rehab project does not go to the Work Write Up stage. Fees are Nonrefundable.

Feasibility Study (w/ Work Write Up)

A Feasibility Study is to determine if the project is financially feasible. The property is inspected to determine HUD Minimum Property Standards, borrower's desirables and other factors. The consultant will have to create a Cost Estimate on the proposed rehab project and to determine local Municipally and Lender's requirements. The fee is only charged if the rehab project does go to the Work Write Up stage. $300 of the $400 of the Feasibility Study fees will go towards the Work Write Up Consultant fees.

Architectural Exhibit Package

The Consultant must prepare or obtain and review all applicable architectural exhibits. Architectural exhibits may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Well certification
  • Septic certification
  • Termite report (including all outbuildings)
  • Proposed plot plans for new additions
  • Foundation certification by a licensed structural engineer if:
  • Cabinetry plans and elevations
  • New Construction exhibits to obtain a building permit for an addition
  • Grading and drainage plans or
  • Engineering and soil/geotechnical reports.

My Rehab Consultant (PPT Inspections) can provide the following Architectural Exhibits services for an additional cost:
  • Termite report (including all outbuildings)
  • Proposed plans for new additions
  • Cabinetry plans and elevations
  • Home Modifications
